Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Next Crypto City website, public content, participation forms and private alpha systems.

Last updated July 2026

Next Crypto City is a developing civic research and coordination initiative. The website describes concepts, research directions and proposed systems that may change as legal, technical and operational work progresses.

Section 01

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting a form or entering an approved private area, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Where you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the website and should not submit information through its forms.

Additional terms may apply to specific private systems, testing programs, contributor roles or future services. Those additional terms will apply together with this document.

Section 02

Project status

Next Crypto City is currently presented as a developing research, community coordination and civic infrastructure initiative.

Information on this website may discuss possible residency frameworks, jurisdictional models, digital infrastructure, governance systems, crypto-native payments and urban development concepts.

Published concepts do not constitute confirmation that a physical city, legal jurisdiction, residency program, tax regime or financial system has been established.

The project may revise, delay, replace or discontinue any proposed feature, roadmap item, access program or development direction.

Section 03

Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful purposes, including:

  • reading public project information and research;
  • following roadmap and development updates;
  • submitting a genuine expression of interest;
  • accessing a private account where authorization has been granted;
  • providing constructive feedback or reporting technical issues;
  • contacting the project through its published communication channels.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website complies with the laws applicable to you.

Section 04

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • submit false, misleading or impersonated information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to private systems or accounts;
  • probe, scan or test website security without written authorization;
  • introduce malicious software, automated abuse or disruptive traffic;
  • scrape personal information or restricted project data;
  • use the website to promote fraud, unlawful tax evasion or money laundering;
  • misrepresent yourself as an official project representative;
  • publish confidential alpha information without permission;
  • use project content in a deceptive or misleading commercial offer.

Access may be blocked or terminated where prohibited conduct, abuse or a security risk is identified.

Section 05

Website content and research

Public content is provided for general information, education, research and project communication.

Economic articles, jurisdictional discussions, roadmap materials and technical concepts may contain opinions, estimates, scenarios or forward-looking statements.

Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate content, Next Crypto City does not guarantee that every page is complete, current or free from error.

Visitors should independently verify information before making legal, financial, tax, relocation or business decisions.

Section 06

Join the Queue applications

The Join the Queue form allows individuals and organizations to submit a non-binding expression of interest.

Submission of an application does not guarantee:

  • legal residency or immigration status;
  • membership in a future city or legal entity;
  • employment, partnership or contributor status;
  • access to a private alpha system;
  • housing, land, services or business opportunities;
  • financial returns, token allocations or ownership rights.

The project may review, classify, retain or decline applications according to current research and participation needs.

Section 07

Private alpha access

Private alpha systems are intended for approved users participating in controlled testing, research or development.

Alpha features may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable or subject to significant change. Data entered into experimental systems should not be treated as permanently stored unless explicitly confirmed.

Approved users must:

  • protect their login credentials;
  • use a unique and secure password;
  • follow assigned access restrictions;
  • report suspected security issues;
  • avoid sharing confidential material;
  • stop using the system when access is withdrawn.

Alpha access may be suspended or terminated at any time for security, operational, legal or project-related reasons.

Section 08

Financial and investment disclaimer

The website does not provide personalized investment advice, financial advice, trading advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

References to cryptocurrency, stablecoins, decentralized finance, digital assets, treasury systems or economic infrastructure are provided for research and project discussion.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a token sale, investment offer, securities offering, profit guarantee or solicitation of funds.

Digital assets and experimental financial systems may involve volatility, technical failure, fraud, regulatory uncertainty and loss of access.

Section 09

Legal, residency and tax matters

Information about jurisdictional autonomy, residency, taxation or legal structuring is general and conceptual.

Next Crypto City does not guarantee tax exemption, reduced taxation, citizenship, immigration approval, legal residence or protection from existing obligations.

Any future residency, commercial or tax framework would remain subject to applicable law, regulatory approval, individual eligibility and professional review.

Users should obtain advice from qualified legal, tax and immigration professionals before relying on any jurisdictional or residency information.

Section 10

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, branding, graphics, original research and project materials are owned by or licensed to Next Crypto City.

You may quote limited portions of public content for commentary, education or news reporting where appropriate attribution is provided.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, impersonate or commercially exploit substantial project content without prior written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, software and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 11

Availability and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, hosting, software or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Crypto City does not accept liability for losses resulting from:

  • reliance on incomplete or outdated website content;
  • decisions made without independent professional advice;
  • website interruption or technical failure;
  • unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials;
  • third-party websites, software or services;
  • experimental alpha features;
  • changes to the project roadmap or development status.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Section 12

Changes and contact information

These Terms and Conditions may be updated when website functionality, legal requirements or project systems change.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after publication means the revised terms apply to later use.

Questions concerning these Terms and Conditions may be submitted to: [email protected].

Access does not equal entitlement.

Public information, queue registration and alpha participation do not automatically create legal, residency, financial, ownership or governance rights.
